I got mine in hs and I took the apush test almost immediately after! After 3-4 hours the cramps are almost gone tbh

I’ve heard soooo many women saying they were out for the rest of the day or the next couple of days but I’ve also heard that it’s lowkey a bunch of fear mongering and everyone reacts to it differently
