for example i see the super high effort arts and crafts gifts I’m like “awww i wish he would do that for me” but then i think about it and those aren’t the types of gifts i like giving either so why would i expect that from them

do we love in that way? no, but we love each other in a way that makes sense for US, and comparing it to how other people love doesn’t do anything but tarnish the beauty of ours
