I bought a whole roasted chicken and shredded it, also croutons, and threw it into some salad, I had some cheese to shred. I’m weird so I threw in some dried berries. And made a super quick dressing i found online. Ate that for like 2 days, like 5 meals worth

I like doing a load of gluten free pasta Alfredo, i like adding crushed red peppers, feeds me for like 2 matbe even 3 days
