What am i doing wrong😣 im exercising 4-5 times a week and on a calorie deficit/tracking calories. I havent lost anything since starting in February 💔

What kind of exercises are you doing? If you’re lifting weights you may not be losing weight because you’re gaining muscle at the same time (which is one of the reasons that just tracking weight isn’t necessarily an accurate measure of how healthy you are/what your body looks like)

I've been mostly focusing on cardio. I'll do about 45 minutes of zone 2 cardio and another 20ish mins working on the rest of my body (core, arms, legs)

I fear I’m not an expert but I recently read that walking may be more helpful in weight loss than running? So maybe that’s worth a try. I believe the article suggested a 45 minute walk every day, ideally with an incline, at as fast a pace as you can while still walking? Could be worth a try!
