i don’t do 50/50 but we pay every other time. like if it’s something i really really wanna do, i’ll pay so he HAS to go, then vice versa

Honestly to each their own. I’ve paid a lot in my relationship but that’s also because I had a great job and my bf was in school, now it’s the opposite and he pays. It just depends for each person and their financial standing

even when it comes to living together more of his money will go toward me bc 1. he will likely make more than me unfortunately 2. he wants to take care of me i just don’t know why a woman who wants a “provider” would settle for someone who would rather do 50/50 and I’m not talking about provider in the sense of me not having a job, I will always have a job in my own independence, but I think I deserve to be spoiled in every aspect

I switch off with mine based on who planned what, like if it’s a date I planned for him I pay, if he planned it it’s his turn

ok that’s nice and I also don’t use dating and relationship interchangeably when I say dating I mean when you’re getting to know someone and there’s no label it’s 100% normal for the man to take care of everything what happens after the boyfriend girlfriend title is completely up to preference
