Calorie deficit works very well and can be done in very healthy and positive ways. I use the app MyFitnessPal, it’s amazing. For losing weight, cardio is your bestie bc you want to burn the calories off. Losing weight is all about calories in vs calories out. Treadmills are great (esp w incline) Stair masters, Ellipticals, etc.

when it comes to consistently moving, find something u really enjoy doing! like maybe u don’t fw weights like that but u love a zumba class or a bike ride on a nice day. it’s always easier to get up and do something when it’s an activity u actually like :)

Calorie deficit. You can work out as hard as you can, but the scale is going to stay the same if your diet sucks. I suggest using a TDEE calculator and checking what your maintenance calories are and then creating a deficit from that. You really can eat anything u want and lose weight as long as u stay in the deficit. Working out tones your body up too tho as you shed the fat. Anything that gets your heat rate to a zone 2 pace is good
