Serious question… do y’all trust linking your bank account to Venmo? I have money on my Venmo waiting, and I’m kinda weary about whether I should link my bank account or not…

Don’t leave money in Venmo!! If something happens then there is no guarantee you’ll get that money. Def put it in your bank

Also to add… I have a decent amount sitting in my account, should I do the three biz day or the automatic and lose $3? I’m tempted to do the automatic only bc I’d still get the money I just got paid for dog sitting, and the $3 will come from a friend paying me back for food

And you haven’t had any issues? My friend recommended to me that I transfer the money and then unlink my account, which is what she did.

as long as you’re linked to a reputable bank, venmo will be able to establish a link quite quickly and you will have no problem getting your money. there’s no point in paying a fee
