Nah. My apartment is setup to share the same local area network with everyone in all four of their buildings. We all share the same public IP address so my ban was meant for someone else that posted a link to a smut website on the literature board. I know my roommate made that post, but I cannot prove it. She does not use a tripcode.

4chan is a collection of image boards (like BBS software, but for images) that covers a variety of topics. Users do not need to register for the site before posting, and most users post as anonymous. The site’s administrators try to ban every VPN to comply with law enforcement as many criminals try to use the platform to distribute illegal images.
