Ok don't judge but my number 1 solution whenever I have a headache is eating like half a potato it always makes it go away within like 5-10 minutes

Headache is probably from whatever you were missing that the potato gives you

Potato is complex carbs which is helpful for keeping a stable blood sugar, whereas simple sugars like fruit juice are good for rapid and sometimes intense spikes

If you wanna make that last even longer, combine it with protein. That's why PB is good for people with T1D trying to raise and stabilize BG

Yeah and potatoes are magical foods they're so dense and have everything so i don't have to figure out what specifically I was missing
