Like bc is it meant to be perfect but it is 99% effective. It may not be effective for you, but it is rare to get pregnant on birth control. If you’re doing what you’re supposed to do, half of y’all don’t go to the doctor like you’re supposed to and then half of y’all don’t even follow the directions when you get the birth control so don’t blame something when it was your fault.

i got a nexplanon since it’s really the only option i have bc i get migraines with aura and the amount of ppl who tried to tell me not to do it was insane!!!😭 i haven’t had any issues, less migraines, less painful uterus in general, and i don’t gotta worry about getting pregnant likeeee

There’s a lot of fear mongering around it. The worst of my symptoms has been heavy periods and sweating a lot but if that’s what it’s gonna take to help my period cramps oh well

i’d never try to convince someone not to, but i will always tell my experience to my friends who r thinking about it. its great for some people, but personally it made me violently ill for weeks on end. its important for people to know about so they can make educated decisions, bc i went into it as a teen fully blind and didnt know it could possibly effect me so horribly
