The main food groups we were taught as kids is also what I’ve learned is most important. This is one time out of the year that’s EVERYONE’S “cheat day.” Do not let your brain lie to you!! It is HEALTHY to eat!! It is important to take walks & eat & take care of yourself<33 xoxoxox
