I had like a cyst/pimple on my but crack a couple months ago I put a heating pad on it then took a warm shower and let the water run in it then it just popped on its own while I was still showering and tmi but so much puss came out and then it was gone like poof

Get salicylic acid and rub it on, it’ll be gone the next day. I promise it worked for me

Be careful it isn’t a cyst. I had to get surgery for it to be removed and it sucked.
