d-mannose supplement, cotton panties, pee before and after sex/solo time, don’t wear sweaty clothes or wet bathing suits longer than you have to, and drink!!! water!!!!!

Literally the only 2 things that help me are peeing after sex and drinking enough fluids every day (tea helps a lot)
