Iโ€™m having surgery in June for endometriosis and Iโ€™m super hopeful they will find something. Iโ€™m terrified they wonโ€™t find anything and then Iโ€™ll feel like Iโ€™m going crazy

Whatโ€™s helped the most is a wedge pillow and a belly band! The band supports your core since you canโ€™t use it. Timed my meds out so Iโ€™d have something in rotation to prevent pain, I alternate ice and heat. Shoulder heat pad helped too! Lots of gas x too! Im day 4 post op and really feel decent. Feel free to dm me too if you have more specific questions ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›

My biggest tell was really long periods like 3-8 weeks. And it was really heavy. Even birth control wouldnโ€™t help. The pain is really debilitating like missing work and school, since itโ€™s a whole body disease, I felt like Iโ€™d have constant utis, kidney pain, felt like (and got misdiagnosed) as appendicitis multiple times, tired all the time, pain w everything (working out, bathroom, walking) there hasnโ€™t been a pain free day in almost 10 years
