a lot of it is diet, so making sure you're getting enough water and eating whole foods! some women just dont have the genetics for a "flat" stomach but you can definitely tone it!

Can’t just eat junk food all the time and expect results. TBH I would start at home and do those ab videos on YouTube like daisy keech

train your abs like any other muscle with progressive overload, a challenging set and 1-1.5 min between sets. Those at home ab workouts with no weights will strengthen your core but for visible muscle gain you need to train w weights. Also you need to reveal what you’ve built with a good diet

Plenty of water, protein, and fruit/veggies. Junk food will not give you any results and will only make you more hungry and fatigued. At home workouts-grab some weights and honestly look at YT videos.

You guys please don’t do at home workouts in your dorm tho it’s really unnecessary. we have a large and empty gym and everyone from all experiences are welcome+the equipment makes everything easier. Some sweaty cardio helps with digestion maybe try stairmaster.

You can do pushups and core in your dorm. If you don’t feel like going to the gym, but I recommend the gym. Stair master is my favorite, the track, treadmill, kettlebells, etc are all really good.
