I invite you to try and give your past self patience. Its so hard to realize the harm ppl do to us when we are in the middle of it. For a long time i felt the same but its been really freeing to forgive myself for not leaving or recognizing the harm caused to me sooner

He would keep asking and asking for sex even when I’d say no. He will then treat me like crap for saying no which made me feel bad so I’ll finally say yes. I thought it was my problem for “giving in” but then I watched a vid about consent and it clicked that he disrespected my boundaries and he was the problem.
