One of my friends had a roommate that did this. She flushed LOTS of toilet paper (they couldn’t figure out why they were using up to a roll a day), wipes, then pads. The university maintenance told them if they had to come back one more time, they’d start fining them. They confronted her and she pretended not to know, but when that fine talk happened, it stopped. I had a roommate like this. She tried to flush her pads down the toilet, or she would leave them in the back of the toilet, where the water system is for the toilet. The maintenance man found them, and when he told her that she could not do that, she tried shoving tampons down the shower drain. I told her not to do that cause she would stop the tub up. I ended up moving out, so Idk if it stopped. Like she would leave them on the sink, on the floor, under the cabinets, on the side of the tub. Ugh
