bench press and I am so deadass with you. my bra size has changed after a year of lifting. which is cool on one hand bc I did a good job but on the other hand none of my bras fucking fit anymore, partially bc of bench and partially bc of back muscles so the band is larger now and they’re all too small. so basically with great power to change your boob size comes great new bra purchasing requirements
