idk of any ways to know if someone has done witchcraft to you, but you could take protective measures - wearing an evil eye, smudging your spaces, using preexisting protective/energy reflective runes or making your own. if none of those help it might not be a metaphysical issue, and if someone DID put a hex or a spell on you, trust that karma’s got your back. what goes around comes around 🤷‍♀️
