But god forbid I say something about it. Then she’d probably turn around and tell me not to smoke anymore if I told her to drink less. As if it’s the same thing. As if smoking makes me a loud bumbling idiot in public who can’t walk in a straight line. This has been happening ever since I was a kid. One time she got drunk at a restaurant and started talking a swearing loudly. Me and my dad told her she needs to quiet down bc we are inside (completely reasonable) and she BLEW TF UP at us.

Ever since then I’m too scared to say anything when it gets to that point. I fucking hate being on vacation and having to walk on eggshells around this woman every time she picks up a beer (which is a lot). I’m genuinely exhausted. Oh and I’d also like to add that this has gotten worse since she started mixing in edibles with it all.

She always rails up on me for not being able to “hold my alcohol”, because max I’ll have 2 drinks, but at least I have a max. She just keeps drinking any chance she gets. I’ve never been as drunk as she gets get we are on vacation, not even close.
