Is it that you feel jealous because you don’t trust your partner or you just feel like they’re all better than you? If it’s insecurity you have to work on loving yourself

i guess i’d say the latter. i do trust them but i will just get jealous when i hear about them hanging out with someone else. i don’t know if its because i think they’re all better than me though. it really sucks i just want to work on it and be better
