again, you don’t know me. she takes any chance to make comments about body shape/size when it comes to me and the other women in my family. and this was just one tiny example. i feel like you’re being rude. i’m not saying she has an ed because she made that comment. i’m saying 1: she has an ed. and 2: she made a rude comment about my body being big. that’s it. you don’t have to understand it.
there's still much better words you could use to describe a heavier short person that don't have a connotation of thinness or daintiness. the used meaning in this particular case isn't far from the definition. i would argue that the only reason a person would describe themselves as petite while being heavier is wishing they could be associated with that connotation.
