You got this!! Quit 3 years ago!! It gets easier. Substitute the craving with drinking from straws, or chewing on stuff lol😅😅

try nic patches and/or drinking from straws, sucking on hard candy’s, or eating hard foods (fruits and veggies). that’s what’s helped me in this day and some change journey
