
basically i was unknowingly training my body and brain to get used to going without food to the point where being hungry felt natural and trying to eat normal amounts became sickening so i think prevention would be intervening early and not letting unhealthy behaviors become habit
i think it’s important to make the distinction with yourself of “i really don’t feel like eating” vs “i CANT bring myself to eat” bc if it’s the latter that’s like you might need medical intervention and the former is time for prevention. to an extent i had to force myself a bit but also there are strategies to make it easier
