I seriously think I’m going to explode with anger. Idk how. Screaming? Crying? Hitting something? I usually don’t have problems getting my meds so idk. This is freaking me out. I’m panicking. Idk what to do

I need my fucking pills. I’ve been calling my psychiatrist to put in the request to refill it. She isn’t answering. Not being medicated is showing. I’m so fucking irritable. Every little thing keeps adding up and PISSING. ME. OFF.

Are you able to contact your primary care dr? They might be able to help in the meantime. Or if it’s really bad and you feel like you might go into a crisis and can’t wait for Monday, please don’t hesitate to go to the er. They may be able to send a temporary script, and they shouldn’t admit you unless you are at risk harming yourself or others
