every month i have this super long cry session usually at night and my period comes the next day without fail. this has been happening since high school

yeah i started birth control to stop my period and it genuinely has done more for my mental health than any antidepressant i ever tried.. like ur telling me all those years of emotional hardship were genuinely just from my fucking cycle?? 😭😭
