maybe i’m just ultra gen z but i will NOT be staying past contract hours. if im paid for 40 hours a week i will be only giving 40 hours. if i come in an hour early im leaving an hour early. my salary is not high enough for me to go the extra mile 🙂‍↔️

you absolutely should stand firm on your worker’s rights, because if enough people let their rights be violated it very quickly becomes “company culture” and an expectation and, obviously, fuck that ✊

no i totally agree!! also i wont be talking about work related things with coworkers i dont like or working on anything outside my hours. right when my shift ends im out the door idc
