How did you get rid of hunger? I’ve tried and still eat a lot of protein / drink water but in still SO hungry even just a couple hundred calories under

Just started tracking calories a few months ago, not super strict but it’s really working

I like volume eating. I don’t really like much protein, so I just eat a shit ton of cucumber or broccoli with dressing, then a side food I actually like and a little desert. Plus I only really eat one meal a day in the middle of the day and one snack, unless I’m busy. Just don’t be strict, I like the lose it app for tracking.

Oh! Plus I quit sugary drinks, don’t drink your calories, and pick higher volume and lower calorie snacks, or just smaller quantities of more filling snacks. I like popcorn or mixed nuts

God yeah that’s like nothing girl, but also this is just what worked for me very slowly and i am an idiot, don’t take my word for it. The other thing that helps me is I don’t go to the gym, but I walk a really lot
