the BEST advice i can give is, get a diva cup, or the disc it doesn't matter. it completely changed my life/health and im saving so much money

I swear my periods became less painful, lighter, and shorter after switching to period underwear & cups from pads and tampons

i can’t put it in correctly 💔 i got the flex discs and had to go back to the store for tampons 30 minutes later

you have to stick w it and keep trying, same thing happened to me. it took me a couple periods to get the hang of it and it was all worth it. if you're sexually active, you can def get it in there

THISSSS!! they're shorter now only 3 days and i don't have to deal w the rashes or dryness that pads give you , even the panty liners i can't stand anymore, def getting some period underwear soon
