Yes like getting a nice room is part of the vacation. I love coming back from activities, showering, and then sitting in the big comfy bed eating my DoorDash while watching reality tv.

I can’t do a hostel! I don’t want someone else in there! I’ve stayed in bed and breakfasts with a shared bathroom but I can’t do shared rooms

I also want a nice ish room in case somebody gets sick. Like the last two times I travelled with somebody else they got sick and had to stay in the room for a day or two. You want it to be nice enough that it wouldn’t make being sick worse
