He’s trying to get you to like 1 of his hobbies bc he is deeply involved in it it seems and wants to share that with you same with his wife or pals. Engage it a little, get tipsy and watch a game w him, he wants to bond dude

Girl I became a Knicks fan for the bandwagoning and hype of it all, it’s a big comeback event and even if ur not into it, this is his kpop or tv show or whatever that u like, so do a lil bonding!
