What do you make with okra? It always looks so good at the indian store i go to all the time but i havent got any cuz idk what id do with it. I love fried okra but id like to branch out

my mom would put different curries on top like dhal or sambar or vatha kuzhambu but i Do Not know how to make those yet so i have it with ghee (butter) or thayir (yogurt) i bought from the store
