i’m so sorry my love, EDs of any kind are never ever easy. it’ll take time, but recovery is possible!!! it might be a slippery slope, but you could try appetite suppressants. i would try ginger/ginger tea/ginger beer if you’re nervous about it. also try to stay distracted and stuff. idk hon, just trying to help. i hope everything gets better for you 🫶🏼

thank you for your encouragement!! im a bit down but im gonna keep trying. i got magnesium supplements bc i read they can help suppress appetite and im gonna try to do more of the hobbies ive neglected to help distract myself
