does anyone else wake up in the middle of the night every night absolutely ravenous and need to eat something before going back to sleep?? because not only am i gaining weight but it’s also interrupting my sleep and im so so tired during the day

Sounds like your blood sugar or glucoses are spiking during this time making you wake up and crave sugar. If you’re comfy with it sometimes taking an otc sleep med for a few days will keep you from waking up and breaks the cycle that or you could try to eat protein dense meals before bed but I’ve never had much success with that method
