so that is probably the reason why you feel like this, your body doesn’t do any hard work so you’re weaker and easily tired. I would recommend working out at least a few times a week to start, including some cardio and lifting if possible. this kind of thing is also often caused by being overweight or obese, so if you are (and I apologize if you’re not), make sure ur in a calorie deficit and eating about 0.8g protein per lb of body weight each day - ballparking is fine bc meal plans r weird
totally understandable but even with hyper mobility/ehlers danlos you can and should be working out regularly and that will help you with everyday tasks exhausting you, full stop. if an exercise is directly affected by your mobility, look up alternatives/tips for that exercise for hyper mobility or just focus on other parts of your body for the time being - the important part is your body being able to work hard at all, at least to begin with.
as long as you have at least genuinely tried to do your own research on exercises for hyper mobility or feel out how different movements work for your body and failed in almost every aspect of that process, in makes sense to wait for professional help. in a lot of cases though you can find very similar info to what they would give you all by yourself, and if you don’t want to pay for professional help but keep waiting for it, your problems will continue to stay where they are or get worse
