Overhaul your routine with 10 K steps a day plus weightlifting so you don’t lose crazy amounts of muscle mass. Have a few good calorie deficit meals, and meal plan them for the week and don’t eat anything else like no eating out whatsoever. These meals have to have enough protein and nutrients so you don’t make yourself ill and/or give up. Also recognize that even with doing all of this 10 pounds a month is probably the absolute max for healthy weight loss.
My real advice is slight calorie deficit and increased activity. But more importantly, you have to adjust your expectations because #1 is right. You can’t lose 20lbs that quickly in a safe or sustainable way. It’s possible, but if you go that quick you’re way more likely to gain it all back after a short time
