Howl’s Moving Castle is my 2nd choice for a comfort film, but specifically the English dub. I prefer the Japanese version of When Marnie Was There though! as the “grandma” of my friend group and always being called an “old soul,” also being named after my maternal grandmother’s mother, that movie fucking BROKE me dude!! i still cry just humming Marnie’s melody to myself tbh
