i turn 26 this year and haven’t had a full time job yet so this job would offer health benefits as well as the stability of a full time job, but i’ve been wanting to move to the city for a while from the suburbs and this job is in the exurbs. i’d have to commute 45 minutes to an hour or move to a soulless apartment complex next to a farm and a data center

Omg I literally just did this last night. I advanced past the final interview and they were preparing to make me an offer and I decided that I would actually be miserable in that position and I withdrew my candidacy. Fortunately I have a full time job rn and I’m not in a rush, but it definitely felt weird backing out after making it so far when the job market is awful, but I also don’t want to hate my job.
