Do the same with your digestive tract, bones, hair, skin, muscle, ass, brain, and necessary fat to maintain hormones levels and body function too! Feels a lot less overwhelming to think about weight when you break it down to the little pieces that you like and pieces that are necessary.
I weighed my boobs one time (my sister was curious because I have H cups) and I started subtracting that from my weight when I would look at it and it actually made me feel so much better when I realized I could do that for all the organs in my body and so when I looked at my weight I wasn’t thinking about shrinking my body, I was thinking about all of what makes me me.
