Even if she consented to a threesome, she did NOT consent, and was too intoxicated to have ever been able to consent, to the other five men raping her, nor the fact that she was advertised as "free pussy" in a frat group chat of 57 men.

Exactly!! I feel the law should be changed regarding being able to consent while intoxicated. Idk why my post is being downvoted considering I think the rape was morally non consensual😐 I think everything to do with this was yucky and the whole media smear stuff coming forward ab her “consenting” is to downplay her being a victim
