ok i need help. i dont think im autistic but i have a really hard time understanding social rules. when it comes to dating, should i assume that on any date with a man, he is expecting sex unless he specifies otherwise? im confused i dont get this

i’ve been on like 4 dates this year where as far as i can tell it’ll go really well, he’ll be laughing and idk it’ll be fun, then when it’s over they’ll get all weird and awkward, then they ghost me. so that leads me to believe they were expecting sex, but like they didn’t ask for it🧍‍♀️like idk how am i supposed to know??

i think you expecting that they want sex is kind of odd. i can understand where the thought comes from but i think that is hindering your ability to pick up on social cues and stuff bc you’re so focused on one thing it overshadows the others.

if it helps, the only time i assume they expect sex is if they hint at it or try to ask me to come over to their place.

and you’ll know when they expect it trust me. i had a guy try to ask me to “come over” at 12am.
