No honey not by that logic at all! The baby absolutely should be able to use the mother for nutrients! The baby relies on the mother for nutrients for several years outside of the womb as the baby isn’t able to get its own food yet. That doesn’t make it okay to murder new borns and toddlers so why would it be okay to murder the baby inside the womb? And ofc the baby should not be charged w murder as it’s not intentional! There are different degrees of murder for a reason!

Many times pregnancy does in fact happen by accident. One of my best friends didn’t even know she was pregnant until she had the baby. She was not ready to have a child at all and had used and drank the whole pregnancy so her child had some disabilities. She ended up having to give the child to her parents to raise under the conditions that she went to rehab.
