What’s your best ab toning / wait slimming routine? I’m a beginner and so far I have 1 and 5 lbs weights. I do 30 sit ups and Russian twists till I fail. Plank at least a minute. Trying to get back to my body last summer yikes
I’m no expert but I do have a body and when I eat less my waist is smaller

I also have a body and my recommended intake is 1600-2000 and I don’t even think I meet that bc I forget to eat or I eat like fruit or smth, I think I need more protein ngl
