So if HE gets HIS uterus removed, he’ll be a man? While biologically speaking he is female, sex and gender do both define each other. Your gender is not your sex and vise versa. Also, many archeologists have already admitted the difficulties in using bones for identifying between male and female, as plenty males are born with “feminine hips” and plenty females are born with a smaller pelvic canal.
