do you think i have money to pay for a full version? I am a full time student, only working during holidays, paying a CAR LOAN, paying my own tuition, and paying for nearly everything through my savings because i have no money, and i have no help from my parents because one can’t hold a job and the other is dead. but thanks for the advice 😍

Otter was just offering a solution. Most— if not pretty much all, free games have ads. And it’s not like it’s popping up in the middle of you playing like some games. Having an ad after each game/level is pretty standard these days

but otter doesn’t need to reply with attitude over me saying i would prefer it to not have ads 🤦‍♀️ not everyone has the extra money to spend when it comes to removing ads. and not all games are like that. I have some games where if you WANT a boost, or something like else, you can watch an ad for it. those are personally better.

but it’s really not a solution if i already know about purchasing no ads. and that solution, i do not have the extra money for once again. I am basically doing everything on my own, barely making by with money. so yeah.

Actually i did need #2 to reply to u like that cuz how do u think OP read into ur comment? They prob felt a stong tug at their heart for something they can’t rlly not have there so they were probably like, “ok? U didn’t need to say that like we wish we could have no ads for yall on our app but we have to sustain the game somehow.” Low key all the comment does is just be hurtful

Also i’m probably poor too i’m not even bashing on the concerns of a struggling person as a rich person, i play all my games free to play, but like bruh they’re an early game dev. Prob don’t know about the other monetization options that feel less in ur face, so why not word ur thing a little more constructive & blow lessening? Like, “hey u prob didn’t know this but look, here are some examples of how else yall can sustain your game”

OP should not get heartbroken over a small piece of criticism, and if they do, they need to work on more things irl than a mobile game. did i say i wasn’t going to play because of the ads? no. all i said, was it gets annoying after awhile, and it eventually deters me from playing it. don’t take it to heart otter.

How would otter have known that you didn’t have the money? Without knowing your financial situation, it is an option. And sure not ALL but most either have many ads or lots of pop ups trying to get you to buy this or that. I think the amount of ads are reasonable for a game that doesn’t really have a lot of other ways to monetize— such as tiers or social profiles etc. You CAN complain. It’s your right— but it’s silly to be mad over someone for pointing out you can buy no ads and trauma dump onit

K i hear u but posted ur original comment w/ the word hate (if u can put urself in our shoes that’s sorta hit the same as my “?” which was only placed there 2 vibe check ur own diction cuz ur word hate kinda pissed ME off as an empath who’s dad was in game development & made a few mistakes like these @1st😅) Like idk u can’t rlly attack someone that’s defending someone from something accidentally aggressive u did & call them the agresor without it sounding a lil off if that makes sense😔👉👈

I greatly appreciate it <3. I apologize about the conflict in the replies, I wasn’t trying to start fights with anyone, as all I did was state my genuine opinion. The game is genuinely cute, and I love sudokus on top of that. So it is really a game I will be interested in playing during my free time
