Couch co-op is best, but if you prefer not to play, they love to be your “personal streamer” (but try not to hop on your phone, even if gets boring lol)

Find games that you both may enjoy together to try out! That or, ask questions and watch him play. My boyfriend loves streaming wynncraft to me lately lol

Watch him play and engage with it. Ask him about the world, characters, etc. or even when he’s not playing even just over dinner. Pick up co-op couch games, probably ones that aren’t competitive against others at first would be best

I use to play with mine a lot but haven’t been able to for awhile (he works nights and during the day on his work days he’s sleeping while I’m awake) but he absolutely loves when I watch him play, and engage with him (conversation) that way he knows I’m actually watching even if it’s just a little bit. I also like to make him food when he’s playing and bring it to him so he don’t have to get up during a game.
