are you pretty new to FPS games? definitely recommend playing some single player shooters to get used to the general motions before throwing yourself to the wolves in PVP lol

OP - I’ve grown up as a gamer, a lot of us people have grown up around controls/KBM and have gotten used to the controls and figuring out our control settings. I got my girlfriend into gaming recently and she’s came a long way from playing like a bot to actually doing pretty good. It just takes time to get used to is all. Shes been playing Fortnite for 6 months or so. My recommendation to you is practice ranges on the game & playing around with the settings. Find settings you like and play.

i have never played any shooting game before. i don’t really find them that fun but i wanted to try marvel rivals out. it’s fun but like i wanna be able to actually do shit in the game and not just have to sit and choose scarlet witch the whole time so i don’t have to deal with my shitty aim

starting out in competitive multiplayer is definitely the hardest way to go about it. I don't play Marvel Rivals, are there bot matches or like a practice range?

https://youtu.be/YG5oAeshioQ?si=itYg2sGdjk8pZ4Nd not sure if the link will work but I just searched "marvel rivals bot matches" on YT and found a video guide for it. seems pretty easy and would let you get a hang of the controls without people trying to absolutely demolish you while you learn lol

Ah, I see. Yeah, rivals takes a whole lotta skill, strategy, communication, etc. I’ve grown out of my prime years and have sense moved on to RPGs & roguelikes lol. Speaking of RPGs, what rpg games do you like?
