The price was also severely marked down as they were trying to sell a lot of the remaining stock for the Super Slim, easily the worst version of the PS3 mind you, as it was at the end of its life.

The 360 also had the same bundle with gta 5 sold at the same price, also the ps4 which released later that year was only $100 more, but came with no game

That’s why I mentioned the PS3 bundle being so cheap. Because they were trying to make as much off the console as possible before the PS4 came out. It’s also worth reminding people that this version of the game stopped receiving updates less than two years later in July of 2015, with Ill Gotten Gains Part II being the last update for the 7th gen versions.

My older brother bought this exact bundle at the time, we had a broken Xbox at the time. The ps3 still works to this day. Brings back so many memories from my childhood!

If there is a ps5 gta 6 bundle, it would be at least $700, if not more. To be fair, The ps5 is about 6 years old at the time of gta 6 release, while the ps3 at the time of gta 5 release was about 7 years old

according to Forbes and BBC he lost his trillionaire status, but idk how these things work. Those articles came out June 24, 2026
