What I don’t get is why ps think they can compete with steam now, what made consoles great for me was discs Steam is not here shutting down old hardware online, taking away your movies and making u pay online

They only got subsidies pricing and exclusive games, but that’s 1-2 games a year now and half are shitty live service games

Because steam doesn’t have movies. There’s literally legitimate example of PlayStation or Xbox ever losing the license to a well known game, only shovelware. This freak out is completely unwarranted.

Used to be able to, and even when they removed the feature around feb 2019, the movies/shows people bought are still watchable 👍 steam stay winning lmao

Last time I checked steam isn’t a console, u can go buy movies in a different site or even pirate them since it’s a PC 😟😟

Such a tone def comment, last time I checked steam is a pc storefront not a locked os for console, you can look up any websites to buy movies or even pirate them. Steam doesn’t discontinue online service for old hardware either, If u still play games on old pc hardware then it’s available

Name one example of anyone losing a game worth having that was on their console library. You can’t.

Care to explain your position? Like you used to be able to just buy shit like john wick movies and can still watch them if you bought them during the time they were available. Shit even kung foo panda was on there
