Bitter? No. But I’m sure he has immense survivors guilt about her and the rest of the champions, to some extent. Also correct me if I’m wrong but I know Mipha had feelings for Link, but do we know that he reciprocated them?

I think it’s heavily suggested that re reciprocated but only in the Japanese version. I think the implications mostly got lost in translation.
